1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Healing365 app and website. Healing365 is the project's public name, not an incorporated company; the app is currently published through the individual Apple Developer account of Tsz Kwan Fong. For approval: operator wording
2. Beta software
Healing365 is a TestFlight beta. It may contain bugs, and features may change or be removed. Each TestFlight build can be used only for a limited time (usually 90 days). Export backups regularly, because data could be lost during testing.
3. Intended use
Healing365 is for adults aged 18 and over to record their own health observations and prepare for consultations. Healing365 is intended for personal health recording and consultation preparation. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, or emergency monitoring. It does not replace advice from doctors, pharmacists or other health professionals.
4. Emergencies
Nobody monitors what you enter, and the app cannot call for help. If you are in immediate danger, call 999 or go to the nearest Accident and Emergency (A&E) department.
5. Your responsibilities
- Do not start, stop or change any medicine because of what the app shows; ask your doctor or pharmacist first.
- Check what you entered, especially medicine names and doses, before sharing it.
- Use a passcode on your device and keep exported PDFs and backups safe (they are not encrypted).
- Use the app for yourself, or for an adult you care for with their agreement.
6. Our commitments
Disclaimers are not a substitute for safe design. We treat safety-related feedback, such as charts or wording that could mislead, as a priority and fix it as quickly as we can. The app clearly marks patient-recorded content and avoids inferring causes or treatment effects. To report a safety concern, email [email protected].
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Healing365 is provided "as is". These terms do not affect rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Other terms and governing law
Apple's terms also apply to your use of TestFlight. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We may update these terms and will change the date on this page.
